and posting them on facebook is probably not right?

A friend saw Jordans kids whilst they were on a private holiday with their nanny (no parents) . She tooks lots of pics of them, and posted them on her Facebook profile. I suggested (as did a few others) that it was a bit inappropriate to do such a thing, that she would in fact go mad if a stranger posted pics of her children on holiday. I am now being blasted by a lot of her friends, calling me names and telling me that she can "post what the F* she likes and that as they are famous kids , its perfectly fine".

WIBU in my suggestion? Are kids of celebs fair game to snap & post pictures of whilst on holiday?

no they aren't.

I think she and her friends are vile.

YANBU - children are children, whoever their parents are and your friend is really out of order putting those pictures in the public domain

Ewe · 29/10/2010 19:51

YANBU

Your friend is being incredibly insensitive and inappropriate.

Hedgeblunder · 29/10/2010 19:51

Well I don't agree with it but those kids are thrown around in public anyway.
I get my judgeypants on tight when I see celebs allowing their kids to be papped- and you can get injunctions to stop it like ewan mcgregor, kevin spacey, juden law, charlotte church...

FattyArbuckel · 29/10/2010 19:51

Jordan's kids is an odd one as they parade them on TV for money every week anyway.

Hedgeblunder · 29/10/2010 19:51

Yanbu by the way

izzywizzywoowooo · 29/10/2010 19:51

YANBU there not here kids to take pictures of.

Infact I am pretty sure if KP management ect got wind of this that they could be in a bit of trouble or something?

thisisyesterday · 29/10/2010 19:51

meh, it isn't against the law.

i fail to see why you would want to do it. but hey

Rannaldini · 29/10/2010 19:52

yanbu

she's a tool

saffy85 · 29/10/2010 20:17

YANBU, yes they're paraded all over the place with cameras following them and their douchebag parents, but as they weren't even with any "celebs" at the time I don't see the attraction in taking their pictures.

Tis really sad actually. Your chump mate needs to get a life.
