To not bother showering or dressing?

DD went to school with DH this morning. I am mooching around in my nighty and a dressing gown. I have been making coffee and smoking cigs downstairs but can't think of one good reason to get dressed.
DH is going away for the weekend and DD is going trick or treating so doesn't need to be met until 8.30 tonight.
WIBU to not bother or just a lazy slattern?

I am still in bed. DH at work. Kids at inlaws. Might get up in a bit but I will shower as I have to go out and get them later.

You'll feel better if you have a quick shower and put on some scruds (yoga pants and a long cardy and uggs, that kind of thing)

Mmm, yes, shower to feel all clean and nice and then some 'loungewear'.

Envy at still in bed phipps.

I'm sitting in the lounge with 9mo DD still in PJs. When she goes for her morning nap I shall most likely crash on the sofa. I'm indescribably tired!

Tatty, nice idea but I don't have anything remotely like that. I do have a pair of pajama bottoms and some welly's.
Off to shower now, I've had a phone call from DD's school saying she's left her UBS stick at home Angry. She needs it for her project, dozy mare.

Back from school and dressed and fragrent. I would have preferred staying in dressing gown even though it makes me look like a wooly mammoth.

Shriek (the road opposite us is called that), my DD is 9.5 and DH teaches at her school. I am normally ready to go around 7.15 but didn't need to this morning. Although that did come back to bite me on the arse with the memory stick.
I did just have a phone call from her nurse, apparently she's got a bruise the size of an orange on her shin. Nursey wanted to know if I thought she should go to hospital. I asked her what she thought (she's paid to decide), she told me she'd put arnica on it and sent her back to class.
