AuntiePickleBottom, don't use both male and female condoms together, it probably won't make it any safer, and may even make it more unsafe. (I know that putting one male condom on top of another doesn't double the security, it actually means you're more likely to suffer breakage!)

Agree with OldLady, only use one, not both. If you want extra protection you can use a condom-safe spermicidal lubricant, although many condoms have this on them anyway so it might not be necessary (depending on what you've ordered).
