A week and one day and counting.

An AWFUL LOT OF SHIT to deal with inc.

1. He insists upon moving back into our house on the basis that he can't afford to rent anywhere else (er we're both lawyers and he earns 4x my salary)

1. He has said he wants to stay to "help with childcare" but has texted me tonight to say that next week he's away on Tues - Weds with work, and in Glasgow Fri - Sun. He can't take DD apparently as he and his brother will be going out drinking (despite not seeing her for 3 weekends in a row and going on hol by himself for 2 weeks on 6 Nov - WHAT ?!?!?!?)

1. My parents v v v pressurising to move back to near them. Will be good for free childcare / babysitting BUT I will miss my friends and also wanted to stay near NotDH but given his attitude that's potentially ok.

Anyway .... I have got the music I like on in the kitchen, I have been able to talk on the phone to friends and family this evening, eat what I want .... all is good!

I left my xh 8 years ago(practically exactly!) and haven't looked back since. It really was the best thing I ever did, and my only regret is not doing it sooner.

My life is so different now. I re-married last year, and now know what a normal relationship is, and am sickeningly happy!!
