Swimming lessons. I HATE it. I hate the changing rooms. I hate sitting in a hot, damp swimming pool. And I find it really dull to watch. And it takes years before they get the hang of it.

I hate swimming pools altogether. The chorine, the skanky changing rooms, the way you can never really get dry, the aggressive nakedness of some women,(No I really don't want your nipples wafting in my face Ta) the weird echoey acoustics, the staff, the way the chocolate machine will never give me my peanut M and Ms. All of it.

And I hate Disney Cars, with a passion. Lighting Bastard Fucking McQueen.

I am with you on this - I hate my dcs swimming lessons! A source of irritation btw dh and I - as soon as they could swim, I stopped the lessons (they had had enough too) but dh had swimming lessons into his teens and thinks they should carry on.

My compromise and I much prefer, is to do an intensive course with them in the holidays and they see to learn much more.
