to think it's a bit weird to do your make up in the changing room while naked from the waist down?

Was getting changed from swimming the other day and noticed a woman wearing her bra but not knickers standing for a good ten minutes doing full make up in front of the mirror. Is odd to put on your bra but not your knickers isn't it? Or am I an old prude?

TBH though. Seen one, seen them all, degree of topiary notwithstanding.

DD's swimming instructor did something similar last week. She showered naked, with the children, and then spent the next 10 minutes wandering around in her bra and shirt telling the children how well they'd done. Was very bizarre. They're 3 and 4 year olds and don't need that in their line of sight! [prude!!]

seems strange, and I am the kind of person who is fine with communal showers and changing rooms. I would get dressed before doing makeup anyway though, I'm far to clumsy to manage to get a T shirt over my head without smudging the makeup!

I was reminded of that thread too Staying. I am 40 weeks pg and have been swimming a bit recently and every time I go, I think of that woman (because she was pg at the time I think?), and am completely paranoid I am going to go in without bottoms (possibly because I can not see beyond bump). I laughed so much at that thread.

So maybe make up woman had just forgotten to put her pants on?

Domestic - I was exactly like you with DC1, and it has stuck with me. I am still paranoid 8 years on, and always have to have a last minute check before stepping out into the pool area!

Always plenty of ladies in our changing rooms who are obviously very proud of their bodies, as they do their make-up with just pants/thong on - however, never seen a bra-only situation. Wouldn't know where to look!
