...and that's about it basically.

Anyone else feeling like they'd happily trade their other half in for a teasmade and a 'rabbit'?!

I'm totally with you! Dh is unemployed & he's completely doing my head in! I love him dearly, but i just need some space!

MrsLucasNorth · 16/10/2010 07:41

Dh is working, but we both do school hours and term time only. Dd is in Yr 1, so we are all in/out at the same time and I never get the house to myself anymore!

Mine has fecked off for our only childless weekend in ages, for a weekend with the boys, leaving me home alone.

Miserable.

minxofmancunia · 16/10/2010 11:17

I'm having to bite my tongue with mine today it's our anniverssary weekend and we're going away for the night.

My sister is coming over to look after the dcs and I've told her to get a cab from the station and i'll give her the cash. Dh started ranting about how she should "sort herself out" as "that's what he would do". I had to remind him of the HUGE bloody favour she's doing for us and taxi fare is a small price to pay!

YABU - my DH has been away for a week and I have had to fend for myself (not easy as I'm on my own in the shop and can't run off to the toilet/kitchen at any time)
:(

Mine has had his ups and downs this week. But today is driving me nuts. No good reason. Just is. Grin

Well DH is out at the moment but this morning he was fixing a computer, which means pretty much blanking me and the DCs, getting grumpy if he's asked to do anything (move out of the way of the bin!) and taking hours to process and respond to a straightforward question.

Mine is a PITA, just opened his wallet and said "where has all my cash gone."

"OH yes it's your fault I did some shopping for you".

I gave him £25 and he spend £30 so I owe him a fiver.

He had £125 but someone has stolen it.

He went to a Guns and Roses concert with DD1 and had a meal and drank too much.

But it is my fault he hasn't got any cash.

He asked me to phone DD, get her to come and get my cash card and get him some money.

WTF He can't work a cash machine.

How does he cope, poor man.

Mine has been out all morning and come home and thrown a wobbler cos his mate is staying tonight and the house isn't tidy enough. Tbh it's not (or wasn't) but we both work and I have spent the last 2 nights sleeping on the sofa with poorly dd so not impressed Angry
