With their little fat arms and legs everywhere and their little fuzzy heads...awww. YANBU

I was lucky my daughter was 6-9 months in the summer so looking all cute and dumpling in a vest and she lived in one - crawling round looking edible. Now I have to dress her properly! Gah.

MrsC2010 · 13/10/2010 10:19

Oh yes definitely, DD (8wks) never looks cuter than when her little pudgy arms and legs are on show. I get them out at every opportunity!

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 13/10/2010 10:21

YANBU Grin

DS is 2 and still looks cute as a button in his long-sleeved bodysuit. He is in the biggest size now so not for much longer!
Fortunately DC2 will be here in March so I have more cuteness to look forward to :)

sethstarkaddersmum · 13/10/2010 10:21

well technically I'd say YABU because they are even cuter without the vest when you can kiss their lovely squidgy tummies. But that is not a viable mode of baby dress in our climate.

yes thats it!! the edible pudginess of arms and legs. ds is on my knee now and i could actually take a bit out of his thigh. I wont though! Grin

Yes I agree very adorable, but I also love babies in their babygrows all cuddly and snuggly.

[quickly thinks of all the reasons not to have another baby]

sethstarkaddersmum · 13/10/2010 10:24

when they're standing up in babygros they remind me of Dr Seuss characters.

jaggythistle · 13/10/2010 10:39

Yanbu :)

DS is 12 months and I love it when he escapes during nappy change/getting ready for bed and crawls about happy in his vest!

backwardpossom · 13/10/2010 10:41

YANBU my favourite photographs of DS are of him in his wee vest trying to climb out of his cot having just learned to pull himself up to standing :)

funtimewincies · 13/10/2010 10:44

YANBU!

I also completely agree with wildmutt; warm and snug in babygrows, hair all fluffy after their bath, sleepy cuddles with their milk Smile.

APixieInMyTea · 13/10/2010 11:14

My flat is exceptionally hot without the heating on so I get the best of both.

Currently my 18month old is runnin around in a nappy and vest and my 4week old is snuggled on my boob in his cute little vest and babygro with he satisfied drunken milky look in his eye's. Grin

MrsC2010 · 13/10/2010 11:16

Every now and then I'll put DD in an 'outfit' to see grand parents etc...but I love putting her back into a babygrow cause she just looks like such a baby.

Poledra · 13/10/2010 11:17

YANBU. DH came home from work the other night, and 2-yo DD3 was standing on a chair 'helping' me make tea. She'd taken her trousers off so was wearing her vest and top. DH went straight in for a nuzzle of a pair of chunky little thighs Smile

SweetBeadieRussell · 13/10/2010 11:20

yanbu

PreciousCargo · 13/10/2010 11:38

Agree Tattydevine - fuzzy little heads!

Also when 6 month old is in his baby grow and body looks "all one" if you get my meaning, tubby tummy and legs, ahhhh...

I had started to put DS in some little trousers but realised nooooo way, he is growing far too quickly and now spends most days in his grow!

funtimewincies sleepy cuddles during feeds - lovely Smile Makes it all worth while...

Can't remember that far back, but, IMO my DD looked at her most adorable when she started wearing big girl knickers. Her bony little arse in a pair of hello kitty jobs. Ahhhhhh. Makes me all gooey. Now she has to wear 'girl pants or nothing' Maybe I'll call her bluff one day and send her to school san pants.

sapphireblwhooooo · 13/10/2010 11:50

Pleeeease stop! DD2 is only 8 months and you're making me broody Grin
