Phoebe was a tall gangly geeky blonde with Dierdre Barlow specs, who went out with Todd iirc.

Then she took her glasses off and 'blossomed'.

Dp thinks I look like Kate winslett( I don't) ds says i am like aunt bessie on the yorkshire pudding packet which i fear is nearer the truth.

That is weird. I'll have another look at them. I'd love to look like either but I am actually like the Yorkshire Pudding itself. Auntie Bessie is only in my dreams.

I remember Phoebe now. She was a reincarnation of Plain Jane Superbrain, who also removed her glasses and became irresistible. Goddamn those ruddy glasses to hell.

I also had hideous glasses as a teen.

Wehn I was at Uni someone told me I looked like Anna Friel (couldn't see it myself) and later on, Posh Spice. I was about twice the sie of her, but I was quite miserable, so maybe that where the similarity was !

When I wore glasses I was told by many people I looked like Nana Mouskori - Horrors!

Now, since my laser op on my eyes I apparently look like Sigourney Weaver, which is a great improvement!

Not sure who I look like, but DH is often told he is a spit for Nick Berry.

PB - I don't think she's that pretty. Look nowt like her now though - too knackered from running after 3 kids. PS hubby is a photographer, he airbrushed this a little (ahem)
