Sorry, wanted advice before 2 o'clock, and Children's Health is being rather quiet.

Please read this thread and help me out - DD is my first and I'm clueless!

If she's really unhappy and screaming, I'd see if you can get her to the doctors, teething shouldn't cause that much pain that she's screaming with it.

MrsRhettButler · 29/09/2010 13:43

i would get her checked just in case

kreecherlivesupstairs · 29/09/2010 13:44

You've been given excellent advice on the other thread. Our DD got all her teeth in one go. She never had a temperature or seemed concerned. when she had an ear infecton though, she would tug or hold her ear. Get to the doctor.
Good luck

BelleDameSansMerci · 29/09/2010 13:44

Sounds like she's in more pain than teething would normally induce and the ear pulling may indicate an ear infection. I'd take her along to GPs asap (they should fit you in as it's for a baby). Good luck.

Thanks for the advice all - on both threads. I'll phone in a while and hopefully it'll be sorted nice and quickly. Just a dithery first-time mum!

You are obviously worried, I'd take her to the gp and see if they can fit her in straightaway. I've always found that my gp will see ds the same day as hes a baby and they are so good with him (and me!) he said he'd much rather see him for something that doesn't require treatment than have me worrying about him. I hope shes feeling better soon xx
