To think that "The Wright Stuff" can research their own topics

Instead of getting most of them from here, almost every time i watch it like this morning for example i see that they have got their topics from this board, i know this because i am on this web site a lot and so notice when they bring up a subject that i have been reading about, especially if it is a subject that gets tons of replies.

What is the point of the programme having researchers if they just sit on this website and dont bother looking else where, sounds like a cushy job to me!!

I have seen MW have a right old rant on TWS about MNers slagging him off. It was really funny - I don't think he intended it to be funny, but it was. He really does not like us. At all.

I like the Wright Stuff, it's great, good topics and guests (excluding Lowri Turner). I think Matthew Wright is great too. I couldn't give a toss where they research their topics really.

If they used one of my threads or quotes I'd be quite flattered (not that they would, In general the threads I start are pretty mundane!).

I won't watch it any more, they had a debate on a couple of weeks ago about video nasties and the 'sort of people that watch them' and then proceeded to broadcast one from youtube of some woman throwing live puppies into a river, with no warning that it was about to come on.

I was mightly glad that DD is too young to understand it, but older children would have known what was going on. DH was appalled.

I was skim reading and almost mistook that for including Lowri Turner.
I was momentarily alarmed. Lowri Turner is not my favourite guest.

I do like Gail Porter, she was on last week.
I think they should get Terry Christian on more too.

I like watching TWS, it's a million times better than Jeremy Vile. I won't have that man on my TV. How he looks at himself in the mirror is beyond me. Bleerugh, revolting. He's worse that his guests.

Really though, it's hardly going to be highbrow, it's daytime TV but the discussions are relevant.
They get them from here because we have decent discussions, if you ignore most of my posts.
