I strongly believe the flat above us is a brothel. I have been proactive to a point beyond what I think would work and that hasn't worked in dealing with this. I have pnd .

So. I am not unreasonable to be sitting here and frankly still rocking, or am I?

OK, so the Police say to keep a diary. How about making a list of CAB, MP, Housing Oficers, Council officals etc (can't think of any more) and working your way through them in the morning.Tell them the problem and offer to send copies of the diary. Ask for help.
Can you get any help with doing this? Are your family supportive?

Ande, can't you put a sign on your door saying this is NOT a brothel. Or ask the hookers to sign post their place a bit more clearly.

Have you tried talking to the girls there. Hookers are humans too you know
