OK... maybe not. Its a bit more interesting that my little angel can read Harry Potter at 13 months type threads.

My nearly 17 month old daughter has diorrehna. Her nappies have been dire today. Her last one went all over her trousers. My darling daughter pulled her trousers down and got half way with taking her nappy off. Poo got all over her fingers and in her hair!

When I intervened my dd uttered the word "shit!"

My husband thinks that I need to watch my language.

Apparently my dad made up the word 'dirter' to refer to a smelly nappy, then mum told him to drop it in case her precious firstborn picked up a non-word as part of his speech. The word wasn't mentioned after 3 months, and many improving books were read ... guess what, after a while, was my dear big brother's first word?!

I hope you've put her down for Eton, now?

My DD found some gubbage on DH the other day and said 'oh my god, that's disgusting'.

Shock

She's 2 and a half.
