Thank you! I've tried police stations this morning but no luck... am torn between resigning myself to the disappointment and keeping on trying! DH is hopeful the cabbie will have spotted his office details in the bag and drop it/call there... I think it's a seriously long shot.

Hi, sorry was only on MN yesterday for about 10 minutes in the morning so didn't see this.... reading back now, will ring my dh and make sure word gets around to all his mates...( he knows 100's) ... this sort of thing happens all the time, try not to worry x

Word has now been spread to at least 80 cab drivers, will do all we can for you, dh has asked them to pass on details to cab drivers they know that he doesn't, by end of today pretty much even cab driver in London will be looking out for you.

Vast majority of stuff gets returned, dh gets at least 4 iPhones/blackberries left in his cab every week, plus wallets etc....he always gets them back to the owners. Only problem we might have is if the person getting in the cab after Emeraldgirls dh decided to take them, sorry but have to be blunt about it..... cab drivers can only my return what they find.

Emeraldgirl. please don't be mad with your dh, really is so easy to do.
