Is that even a word? Why can't you have issues or problems like "normal" people? Is it shame? Is it a way to put everything in between '' "?
It is annoying. Grin

I am not a native english speacker, may be I am missing something. If so, can somebody explain? please.

Nettiespaggetti - we had a 'fashionable' new shoe shop open up the road called 'R Soles'.

Shock
Greensleeves · 19/08/2010 12:51

I don't have issues. I have beef.

mamaloco · 19/08/2010 12:51

Meeja and ishoos if you are younger than what? 30s?

I've just passed 40 so it might explain a lot Grin. I am an old fart, aren't I?

I'm 35 but closer to 36. My parents don't have any problems, issues, ishoos...they just get on with it. They probably have a stiff upper lip. They DID watch Benny Hill though, and that awful many Everett is it? Hmm

upahill · 19/08/2010 12:58

Ok my link didn't work!! But yes it is the name of a shoe shop!!

hobbgoblin · 19/08/2010 12:59

man not many

MissWormwood · 19/08/2010 12:59

"Playdates" is from America I think. Vicki Iovine used it in her Best Friends' Guide books. She wasn't too keen on the word either.

I don't think these are specifically MN words.

I would shoot myself in the feet rather than use Meeja. Is it like saying Slebs rather than Celebs? Grin

upahill · 19/08/2010 13:00

I'm going to try again with the link because I have been getting it wrong recently!!

soles here we go

hobbgoblin · 19/08/2010 13:00

Kenny Everett, he had many ishoos.

upahill · 19/08/2010 13:00
