I am disgusted at a clip that I have just seen on facebook of a mentally ill woman from the town I live in. She is seen in a local estate agents wandering around repeating herself over and over and is obviously filmed by somebody from the estate agents they are all heard laughing at her as well. Whilst I appreciate that it is hard not to smile she is a woman with a mental health condition not a freak or clown from a circus. Why is it ok to laugh at this ill person. You would not walk into a hospital ward and laugh at ill people there.

Contact someone high up in the estate agent firm and threaten to contact the local paper local paper

Disgusting. Report it to youtube asap. I would be on the phone to my local paper, get them on the case, they would love making a local company squirm, and they damn well deserve a slating in the press.

Have just spoken to somebody I have got to know over last year at that estate agents as I recently sold mil's house with them he is absolutely fuming he works from different branch but is going to get the managing Director to contact me directly. Apparently this clip was added a few years ago and the person responsible was sacked because of it they have no idea why it is suddenly recircling but I wonder if I post link whether everybody could flag it as inappropriate and get it removed I am thinking along the lines of power to the masses. I have been reluctant to post link as do not want this poor woman to suffer further humiliation but I feel this maybe the only way forward.

Managing director phoned me at 3:30 today to say they were trying to get it removed and they were taking complaint very seriously. They have no idea how it had reappeared but will be doing all they can to stop it reappearing in the future. They are angry too and agree whole heartedly with my concerns. I am just glad it has been removed.
