3 days after ds3 was born I ate 8 slices of toast for breakfast, with a variety of toppings. None of them cocaine though

monkeyfacegrace · 08/08/2010 10:21

FGS Ive just had a kebab that I found next to my bed (baaaaad night!), half a pack of fox crunch creams, and a mouthful of squirty cream. Toast is for wimps.

ccpccp · 08/08/2010 10:25

Depends how big you want your belly to get.

Next month you'll be saying you've had three, and is 4 too many?

Slippery slope.

tethersend · 08/08/2010 10:29

Yeah, and then it'll be crack in the jam.

DS has managed 6 and a pint of orange juice this morning. He finished the honey off so had to make do with jam.

He is 17 and has 15 & 13 yearold DB, I really do struggled to keep enough food in the house.

JuicyLips · 08/08/2010 10:40

just had last night's lasagne reheated with two pieces of toast. yum. but probably not overly healthy.

sayanything · 08/08/2010 10:48

Had my very virtuous muesli with low-fat yoghurt. Then scarfed down two doughnuts. So, yeah, have another piece of toast.

tryingtoleave · 08/08/2010 10:49

I can do six, if the toast is particularly nice. I am rather greedy and very hungry (still bf a voracious 18 month old) and do like my bread...

TrillianAstra · 08/08/2010 11:02

Assuming I am not feeding another human being in any way (pregnant, BF, etc) I wouldn't want more than 2 slices of toast. But I'm not really a toast fan.

MrsFC · 08/08/2010 11:06

As it's the weekend there is always the possibility of bacon sandwiches. So two more slices of toast would canel out the bacon you haven't had...

KurriKurri · 08/08/2010 11:11

If it's wholemeal toast you can eat as much as you like, it's healthy.

Mind you don't trip on a toast crumb and sprain your ankleGrin

tryingtoleave · 08/08/2010 11:19

I couldn't eat 6 slices of wholemeal - I would explode. A nice white sourdough though... mmmm.... feeling disastisfied with my dinner now....

stepmumtoone · 09/08/2010 06:55
