to think that baby boys pants are way too long?

I have a son who is 6 months old. He is on the 98th centile for length yet even his 3-6 month pants have to be rolled up (sometimes twice!). Has anyone else noticed this or do I have a child with freakishly out of proportion legs?

My ds (3 yrs) has to have hats for teenagers too - his head's not that big I don't think, so sizing is a bit mad!

As for trousers, what fits him on the waist is way too long on the leg, and what is a good length is usually too tight. He's actually very lean but is quite tall and has a very stocky big build.

But it depends on the shop, one shop he'll be wearing 8-9 years another shop he'll be in 18-24 months.

And don't even get me started on the clothes for my girls....
