I often wonder why people are so uptight about using the correct names for genitalia. 'willy' and 'minnie' or similar are a bit twee, yes. But no worse than 'tummy' instead of abdomen or bottom/bum instead of buttocks etc. And I bet most people don't give a stuff about those. Says more about your own issues if you ask me.
