featuring that snotty cow b Jane and that wet girl's blouse Adam?

I'd rather watch GoCompare! ads on continuous loop.

omg, the comments on that site are hilarious (wipes tears of laughter).

LetThereBeRock · 27/07/2010 22:53

I care if she jumps off a cliff. I've been longing for her,and him, to do just that since the adverts began.

belledechocolatefluffybunny · 27/07/2010 22:54

How about she does 1471 and the number for his transvestite lover comes up?

funnysinthegarden · 27/07/2010 22:57

wasn't she eluding to the possibility that she may have been up the duff an ad or few back. FFS, why are we even discussing them? They are not real...................

.........or are they?

expatinscotland · 27/07/2010 22:57

OMG, you have to read this.

OP posts:
controlfreakery · 27/07/2010 22:58

do you think they're related to / friends with that godawful nescafe couple?? perhaps the nescafe pair are their parents?

thelunar66 · 27/07/2010 22:58

The comments on that site are very funny. Is the whole of MN on there?

LetThereBeRock · 27/07/2010 23:00

I particuarly like the sniper suggestion.

expatinscotland · 27/07/2010 23:01

I cried with laughter at that, LetThere.

Also the comment that her baby is a werewolf who eats her up from the inside and then Adam marries her daughter.

OP posts:
LetThereBeRock · 27/07/2010 23:03

This works for me too.

'With luck the bed upon which Jane is resting while receiving a call from Adam will fold itself up into the wall and Jane, now upside down, will suffocate. The son wanting his tea goes looking for her but being unable to find her calls Adam. He arrives and realises what has happened but upon releasing the bed from the wall it knocks him down and kills him. The distraught son seeks solace in drugs and the daughter goes back to her father.'

But the werewolf baby is the best.

lollymad · 27/07/2010 23:03

expat thanks for link - its hilarious!

expatinscotland · 27/07/2010 23:05

Give credit where credit is due, that was LetThereBeRock's link!

iwastooearlytobeayummymummy · 27/07/2010 23:06

She's constipated.
End of

BitOfFun · 27/07/2010 23:07

Oh I can't wait to see the link- it won't open on my phone. I thought it looked suspiciously like she was trying to initiate phone sex. We've already had the ad that establishes he watches Internet porn with his mates. She has probably knitted him a sock.

megapixels · 27/07/2010 23:08

. They really should use some of those suggestions.

LetThereBeRock · 27/07/2010 23:18

'Jane gets flying elbow-dropped from on top of the wardrobe by a midget in a wrestling costume. Nobody knows how long he's been hiding there, but in hindsight food has been going missing from the kitchen for a while. Meanwhile, a bunch of local delinquents start throwing mini babybels at Adam through an open window.'

controlfreakery · 27/07/2010 23:23

and another thing...

why oh why oh why has everyone in that lloyds tsb ad got an enormously long nose?? why?? is it piunocchioville? are they all lying bastards? why?

freerangeeggs · 28/07/2010 01:36

What actually happens in the most recent one? The one with all the grown men shouting 'yaaay' like little girls at a birthday party?

DP thinks they're watching porn (?!) on the laptop. He was a bit shocked and told me "that's just crossing the line, I mean, you don't watch it with your friends!" He does say something about his stag night and how Jane will 'kill him'.

Maybe that's where the plot arc is heading?!

SolidGoldBrass · 28/07/2010 02:02

I liked the suggestion that she's rubbing her tummy because she has a tapeworm.

Mind you, (don't watch much telly) hasn't this tedious campaign been on for years, and wasn't there a long running internet joke that the bloke was really a peedafil grooming her kids with his clever techonologial knowledge ('When Mummy's out, we can all look at Anal Teen Sluts together...)

porcamiseria · 28/07/2010 09:48

I FUCKING HATE THEM

yanbu

cunts

thefirstmrsDeVere · 28/07/2010 10:09

Oh Dear. You do realise that the MN demographic is ^exactly* the one they are aiming for.

They will be crushed.

GetOrfMoiLand · 28/07/2010 12:10

Lolol at expat on this thread.

I know someone who once lent Esther Hall £500 when she was a struggling actress. She NEVER PAID THEM BACK.

DP thinks that her rubbing her tummy means that she will next be on the equally risible Sex and the City esque 'let's talk about hard shits' advert.

expatinscotland · 28/07/2010 18:39

She plays the role perfectly: a gold-digging biatch.

BOF - you're not alone! I watched that ad for the first time with the sound down - I thought for a delirious moment that BT were using simulated phone sex to promote their services. After all, they're apart, he's looking a bit goggle-eyed, she's lying on her back (the minx), rubbing just above her waistband with the implication that she's about to head south...

Honestly, I did. I don't know what planet I was on to entertain the idea that BT were implying phone sex, but for one mad minute I was mentally composing a disgusted thread on MN, until DH stopped pissing himself and pointed out that they were actually implying she's up the duff.

tokyonambu · 28/07/2010 20:50

BT could take a lesson from Coke, and start using "The Aristocrats" as the model for their brand values. That would make the TV adverts a little more interesting, at least.
