So a woman who goes on britains got talent, to be told she cant sing is now trying to sue for 2.5 mil.

she says ''it is important for me not to have 20 million people all over the world thinking i cannot sing''.

wtf what a load of tosh, i really cant believe she is for real. if she didnt want honesty she should not have gone on the show.

i hope she gets laughed out of court, money grabbing low life.

I think Simon was a lot less rude to her than he has been to others, actually! And yes, her grip on reality is somewhat tenuous. I'm not surprised she's representing herself - can't imagine any legal type would touch it!

here is the same woman singing on Britain's Got More Talent. She's not that bad on this! maybe she does have a bit of a point...

I kind of applaud her.

BGT and X factor etc all have people trail on (some with obvious special needs) for the panel and audience to laugh and scoff at.

Nothing will come of this ludicrous case but good on the woman for standing up to Simon Cowell and all this kind of freak show crap.

If she had a problem that needed help on stage so she could sing properly she should have asked for it.

yes. and? if you cant sing you cant sing. if theres a genuine medical reason....YOU STILL CANT SING. if someone with a broken ankle loses a race, they lose becausse they cant run properly. how does she propose she would have continued in the competition? 'well my condition is affecting my singing, but try and imagine me sounding really really good'

i do have sympathy for her, she is clearly unhinged.

I do hope she is not getting legal aid! if she loses she should be made to pay all of SonyBMG costs as well. Silly cow!

it is much better indeed ( I still do not really like her voice though) but on BGT they do not care if you sing brilliantly under your shower or behind the scene on your own. The audition is what they base their choice on and her audition was really bad.

I do not like BGT exactly because I think it often amounts to bullying but after the 4 or 5 series, surely contestants do know that they will either be applauded or destroyed on the spot. Yo have to be pretty naive to think otherwise.

she's not THAT brilliant on the second clip. Very swoopy on the top notes imo. But yes, better.
But anyone who goes in for something like BGT must know the format is such that they will build some people up and humiliate others. And as for £1.25m!!!
