Am going back to Uni to do a PGCE, with my lowly 3rd, so everyone on that thread that I have been avoiding because it scared me can kiss my grits

AND like a pillock, the offer has been on the fricking website for 3 days and I hadn't thought to look as I hadn't had any post!

Shit. Now I need to sort childcare.

Woo hoo!!!! Well done you! You are SO on a roll at the moment.

Very happy for you.

Quality · 11/07/2010 22:38

Thank you, thank you am still ing, and DH is home from work with wine and hugs.

I wore some tesco trousers with wide waist and buttons and this shirt with purple shoes. and FYI, Nivea deo is NOT GOOD at stopping sweat marks as I had massive ones by the time I got home

Oh, and CM called me back earlier and she can take DD2 full time! it's not ideal as she doesn't do DD1's school but it's at least a starting point so am slightly less panicked

Well done Quality.

I was one of the others who was on your other thread and have been avidly waiting for news from you.

So, so glad you got on.

Pssssst... what are your 'grits' and would I really want to kiss them??????

Quality · 12/07/2010 21:10

thanks!

Almost managed to sort childcare today, and possibly my primary placement at dd1's school, even though I have had no paperwork from my course uber organised or what!

TImba, I don't know, I was watching family guy

Timbachick · 12/07/2010 22:16

Could be 'grits' as in that foodstuff I s'pose? Seeing as it's from Family Guy ... Anyway, glad I don't have to kiss them ... mucky!!

You must be soooooo excited. I am hoping this will be me next year! I am just bringing my qual's up to date so that I can apply for a PGCE.

Would love to hear how it all goes ... please keep us up to date on the gory details.

Good luck and mucho congrats again.
