Most hypoallergenic plasters ?

DS had a massive reaction to fabric plasters a few weeks ago - it took a couple of weeks for his skin to go back to normal (he has never been apparently allergic to anything before and has no eczema).

Thought, OK, those are a bit irritating, and got some hypoallergenic clear ones. He fell over yesterday, had one on, and reacted to that too.

Any ideas on what to try next, or do I just work my way through all the diff brands ?

ds2 has this. The only thing that works is steri-strips. Seems a bit over the top but they are the only thing that doesn't leave a horrible mark.

Me too. I buy the hypo allergenic boots ones, I seem to be okay with them

Thanks - he's only 3, so plasters still have a magical soothing effect for him. Not sure steristrips will cut the mustard on this, but will get some for actual injuries.

Will try the Boots ones next

i use micro pore tape and melomine pad thingies that i attach with the tape. it makes the cut look more serious then a plaster. might be worth a go.

(thought i had already posted this but seems not. damm dodgy internect connection.)
