i don't know anyone personally, but i would recommend going round local bakeries to see if anyone can help?

otherwise could you make it yourself? that way you'd know it was peanut free

Have you tried wedding directories for the area?

I would bite the bullet and make it yourself. Why not buy a really fun cake tin or a 4 and a 0, ice it and let your daughter decorate it will nut-safe sweets? I am sure your dp would be really touched and much nicer than shop bought.

DS1 has a peanut allergy and most of the cakes sold in supermarkets are totally fine. V.unusual to have peanuts as an ingredient.

I agree with the 'make it yourself' brigade!

The money you would spend on paying someone else, could be invested in equipment for the special cake.

Go on, you can do it

ps. Not sure what you mean by a ''type 1'' peanut allergy but ds has nut allergy and would eat a shop bought cake now that he has outgrown his egg allergy.
