Help with dairy and gluten-free diet please?

I've been off dairy since Christmas, and am now adding gluten to the list to see if DD2's (2mths) abdominal pains and mucusy nappies improve (on GP's advice). I've done this before for DD1, but would like some new ideas for things to eat. Especially for those need-to-pig-out urges one gets when BF.

So, if you're in a similar situation or are coeliac, what have you had to eat today?

interesting looking site here, there are other GI/dairy free recipes but the low GI value of plums make this a good dessert plum tart

Adli Gluten Free tempura batter fish. Not all Tempura batter is made with rice flour so check. But this is labeled GF, Pom Bear crsips are GF you can get gluten free fish fingers, southern fried chicken, genius pies and saus rolls. Warburtons does a GF bread now in Tesco, Lucky Charms cereal from B&M is GF. Theres alot more choice now and taste is getting better. There are still some rough tasting stuff out there.
Bisto do a GF gravy thats not that bad, knorr do a savoury gravy if you can find it.
