Its a bit of a holy grail isn't it? ...... and everyone says so but does anyone have any actual experience of it?

I grew out of a dairy allergy (severe vomiting, mucus on the chest etc.) at 7 and eczema at 12.

My son has a dairy intolerance but at two he seems allot better. He still has lacto free milk. But is ok with a little chocolate and cheese!

DS1 grew out of his egg allergy. It was severe from first being introduced and just seeme to get worse. Now aged 4, he is RAST grade 3 and just passed an oral challenge

Great news Unseen! My dd1 seems to have outgrown her lentil allergy aged about 2.5 much to my amazement.

I grew out of hayfever at the age of 20 or so. Allergy to chocolate and citrus I grew out of around 15. Just got the odd bit of eczema left now. So it can happen =)

ds was anaphalatic to milk and has been down graded. unfortunatly he is lactose intollerant so still cant have milk but at least i know he is only going to be poorly (bad tummy /dippy tum) rather then go into shock if he injests anything with milk in. He was terribly allergic to dust mites when little but it doesnt seem to bother him so much (but that could be a side effect of the asthma meds used to treat his hayfever -dont ask [bisucit])
