Academicmum, That's great news
ds had his egg challenge and passed at easter this year.
It has been a revelation to him. We had a project of trying something new each week. It is great that he is now willing to try anything as it is all still so new.
He had meringue, sausage rolls, fresh pasta, ben and jerry's icecream, quiche, mousse, chocolate eclairs, pies, real custard... all for the very first time.
He didn't like many of them, mind you!
This year he will be able to choose a birthday cake from a shop for the first time too
He still has a severe nut allergy but that is so much easier to deal with in a way as people understand it more.
Enjoy your voyage of discovery. It's great fun.
BBF glad the peanut challenge still going well.
For the record . I have no allergies, skin conditions. Dh has asthma, dry skin and is verry sneezy.
Ds(7yrs) is still peanut, hazlenut, house dust, horse, cat, dog allergic
dd (4yrs) has no allergies.
