He is allergic to dairy/eggs/sesame/chickpeas/lentils and now it looks like he is allergic to soya as well.

I'm so gutted as it is so hard to avoid, and it was the one saving grace that he tested negative to soya.

I've always tried to not give him soya milk, giving him rice milk instead but soya yoghurts were always a bit of a lifesaver.

What can i give him instead?

hiya trixymalixy,

we are in inverness hence the distance!
what reaction did ur ds have to nutramigen btw? it made my ds lip swell and he just wasnt a happy boy at the time. he's on neocate lcp now which he's taken really well thankfully. tesco finest wholemeal doesn't have soya in it btw. i use this but we've taken wheat out of his diet at the mo as it maybe another allergy.
i made rice pudding with rice milk for ds and he liked it so that was good. was very nice i liked it myself!

not sure if ur on fb but ive joined a lot of vegan groups on there and they have heaps of good recipes might be an idea.

we dont have an epipen no, was advised by pead to get piriton from gp so got a prescription of some allergy stuff which im assuming is piriton or the same as...its called something else.

hope you are doing okay.

we use "pure" sunflower oil spread instead of butter. its really tasty, have to confess to having secret stash of normal butter though for me as i do miss the taste,
