contact the hotel, via e-mail and ask for the manager and chief. disney do have experience with allergies.

we have been to disney paris with our allergic son whoose allergies were then, eggs and nuts ( among others) we had no problem finding food. it was all of the 'junk' varity, but I wasnt worried about that for the short time we were there.
(four days)

you will have a fab time, last year we went to disney in LA, and universal studios, had more difficulty with the latter, but disney was easy!

my sons allergies (12 yrs now) peanut all beans, kiwi fruit, yeast extract, one tree nut ( has outgrown other tree nuts ,egg , hay fever) dog , cat, tree pollen , dustmite

We went to disney land paris 3 weeks ago with our son ages 3 who has egg and nut allergy. I presented the following medical card to the restaurants before we ordered foods. In English it said: My child is allergic to nuts and eggs. He/she could die if he/she eats any of these items in food or food prepared with these items or oil containing any of these items. Can you cater for my child? In French:
Hope this helps

We have been to disneyworld a couple of times with our ds (6yrs) who is allergic to eggs, peanuts, hazlenuts.

Disney was so well organised for food allergy. The kiosk type places around the park all had files which listed the ingredients in every item sold. In every restaurant, the chef came out to discuss what he could/could not eat from the menu.

There was none of the 'I don't think it contains egg' that we get from waiting staff here!

I would have thought that disneyparis would the same.

Have a fantastic time!
