Non-ige cows milk allergy reactions

My DD (3) almost 4, was diagnosed with non-ige cows milk allergy at 7 months old, after 2 years of no face-to-face appointments and little to none advice ive had to self educate myself on the milk ladder myself, I have recently switched dieticians and she’s very helpful and has given better advise on how to tackle to milk ladder since we’ve never managed to get past milk biscuits. Recently we’ve tried to stick to going down a step on the ladder instead of stopping and restarting from the beginning to keep some tolerance. However, I’ve noticed that when I try to go up a step she has an increase in accidents? Both in pre-school and nighttime which is odd as she hasn’t worn pull ups from bed for almost a year. The dietician is aware and has informed GP but I’m wondering if anyone else has had this experience with their children when going up the milk ladder? At first I thought it was just a coincidence but it’s happening more often. I do take her to toilet before bed and if I notice she’s drank a lot of water before bed I will even take her when she’s asleep a couple of hours later before I go to bed but she’s still having them a couple of times a week when increasing the milk intake

Yes. All my children had issues with this. Dairy is anecdotally known as an irritant in the bladder. My husband also suffers and had to stop drinking milk based products for the same reason!

I'm in a fairly large parenting allergy children and increase in accidents has been mentioned a few times whilst doing reintroductions.
I'd probably drop down the portion size again until they are dry again and then increase it slower so give the higher portion size once a week, twice a week then every other day with the smaller portion size on the other days.
