Milk ladder help!!

LO is 10 months old and we've been DF from about 4.5 months after quite bad eczema, mucusy poos and lots of wind.

Skin has been clear since and tummy fine too.

Not under any dietician and HV advised to try milk ladder between 10-12months.

We started 3 days ago on heinz biscotti, he's had 1/2, 1/2 and 3/4 over the 3 days.

He's absolutely fine in himself but I've noticed some eczema patches starting on his back and he's got spots on his chest. His nappies are fine, no wind and he's happy!

Do i call this a fail and stop? I'm sure i read somewhere that a little bit of skin flair is to be expected?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! 😀

You stop if there's a reaction. Join the CMPA main support group on Facebook; it's very helpful.

I was advised to apply eczema cream and carry on, but my son was older. Im not sure i would want to put eczema cream on such a young baby if it wasn’t necessary .

I've posted on there as well but I noticed a lot of the posts get no response so cross posted here too.

I had read this somewhere that if it was only a mild skin reaction you carried on this is why I'm not sure what to do!
