Help a broken woman/a question about Dupixent

Background - I have no history of atopic eczema as a child, no hay fever or asthma or food allergies. After having my first child at 26 I started to develop rashes on my face which were diagnosed as allergic contact dermatitis due to hair dye. Stopped hair dye and patch tested positive for 10+ allergens at the time. Over the past ten years these allergic reactions have increased with on/off itchy flaky rashes around my eyes and lips. I’m at the point now where I can’t wear any jewellery (I will even react to platinum and all hypoallergenic options), I can’t dye my hair, I can’t wear any make up, I can’t moisturise or wear sunscreen, something as basic as Vaseline will cause a huge rash, and the final nail in the coffin I can’t wear my glasses anymore - even the plastic variety. It’s making me really self conscious and miserable especially as the rashes now take forever to go away and they are in such obvious places on my face and I can’t cover them with anything or moisturise. I am on daily prescribed 180mg fexofenadine.

My question is whether Dupixent could help since I don’t have atopic dermatitis only allergic contact dermatitis? Has anyone with positive patch tests noticed an improvement with dupixent for their allergies? I know avoidance is still key but I am really struggling to even get to a point where my skin barrier is repaired at all. I feel rather desperate as it’s hugely affected my confidence and when it’s particularly bad I don’t want to leave the house because I genuinely look like I’ve been attacked.

(I’m on the waiting list for a dermatology appt but thought I’d seek a bit of hope here whilst I wait)
Thank you.
