I've got a mild dust mite allergy but it's not something I've ever used. So just following.

Sorry, I know that's not much help! Wink

We currently have the Silentnight Anti-Allergy mattress and pillow protectors on DS2's bed. Bedding is changed weekly, inc. the pillow/mattress protectors, and washed at 60. This helps, and we'll definitely keep them for use on holidays, but we are looking at better ones for everyday. He's been lots better when using these but they don't zip up and fully incase the mattress/pillow. Still getting a runny nose some days but that could be his other allergy now he's back at school. We're going to order a set of Allerguard or Astex encasements to protect mattress, pillow and duvet. Have no idea which of these is best.

It could well be school. I'm usually at my worst at work, I don't think the carpets get hoovered properly at all.

i’ve tried a few and honestly the ones that made the biggest difference were proper zipped encasements. i ended up getting idustmite king duvet cover, it’s tightly woven and washable at 60°, been solid for keeping the sneezing down. def worth checking that whatever you pick has a full enclosure and not just a slip-on
