Body shop severe reaction, Shea butter?

I had to take my 1 year old son to a&e last week because he’d accidentally eaten a small corner of a strawberry soap bar from the body shop and he had a severe allergic reaction, his lips and tongue swelled up and he had to have piriton injected in the hospital because he couldn’t swallow anything. The only ingredients I could think he would react to would be the Shea butter, but everywhere online says this is very rare, and not really reported as an allergen. Had anyone else had a similar reaction to Shea butter? He only had this reaction once before at 9 months after having peanut butter for the first time, again taken to hospital. He’s on a long waiting list for allergy testing but it’s so scary. Avoiding all nuts for the time being, didn’t even consider Shea butter to be an issue.

There is a lengthy list of ingredients in that soap, shea butter is just one of many issues in a product not designed to be ingested. Has he ever had issues with strawberries?

I would say the strawberry allergy is more likely

He eats strawberries all the time and has no issues with them, could it be different in the soap bar? New to allergies, just trying to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Sticking to children’s soap now. There is a long list of ingredients, I suppose it could be anything.
