6 month old dd, after egg and yoghurt . I did one at a time for few days and was fine but now all of a sudden this has appeared . It’s disappeared now but came up instantly after eating . Don’t wanna avoid incase it’s an allergy but don’t wanna avoid if not ?

Does this look like an allergic reaction ?

So should I maybe offer her something with egg in it like egg custard ? Just a wee bit and see if any reactions ? Or should I leave her until I get an allergy test done

You could try like 1/4 tsp but be careful as hives outside the body can mean swelling inside her mouth/throat. I would leave it and get an urgent referral done.

I wouldn't give her egg custard at her age with possible allergies, there's too many ingredients. Stick to 'safer' things like carrots, broccoli, apple etc.
