Can anyone work out what I'm reacting to?

3 times in the last 4 days I've had reaction to something I'm eating. I get a runny nose, tingling from the tip of my nose, down to my chin, a tingling tongue, itching round my eyes and if I take an antihistamine, it goes away.

I can't work out what it is. If I list what I've eaten and reacted to, can anyone help?

Warburton's tiger bread with utterly butterly margarine

Asda frozen meatballs with Asda Bolognese sauce and cheese

and today I've just eaten Tesco sushi which is gluten free and a few of those coconut Mrs Crimbles gluten free biscuits.

I have coffee with milk in every morning which doesn't cause a reaction.

I first thought possibly gluten/wheat but what I have eaten today are specifically gluten free products.

You can have an anything allergy!

This my daughter has 20 food allergies and has more vegetables on her list than she does foods from the top14 list. Oddest are probably onions and garlic!

I don't know about the allergy but I would not be consuming any more margarine if I were you!

I get exactly those symptoms - like sudden onset intense hayfever but with tingling mouth too - with raw apple. If I touch my eye with apple juice residue on my fingers, I can't describe the pain! Anyway, what vegetables were in the sushi? Any other fruit, vegetables or nuts? And do you get tree pollen hayfever (I.e. early in the season)?

It's called oral allergy syndrome or pollen allergy syndrome.

My son has a peanut allergy and when he was at the hospital they asked if he had a reaction to apples. He remembered when he was young his mouth used to itch like mad if he ate the peel of an apple. He could eat a peeled apple or cooked apple, without a problem. He'd always avoided it, choosing other fruit instead, and hadn't thought of it as an allergy.

The doctor said that tied in with his other allergies. Kiwi fruit is similar.

Rapeseed oil/common oil used
Sesame
Sulphates
Legumes
Tomatoes

Are ones that standout to me. There could be chickpea flour in some of the bread or meatballs/pasta?

Onions and garlic intolerance is actually one of the most common (annoyingly, as they're in so many things). They are the first things you cut out whilst doing a FODMAP exclusion exercise as they're so common.

But her allergies are different to IBS symptoms. She reacted to me eating onions and garlic so not a fermentation reaction

Today I've reacted to a jacket potato with literally just tuna and mayonnaise
It's mainly a tingle/itch and burn in my mouth.

I'm guessing it's the potato and it's the oral allergy syndrome that pp mentioned.

I've had fish a few times this week and also egg that I haven't reacted to
