My 12m son has recently started reacting to a number of different foods, wheat being one of them and blood tests have shown a mild positive for wheat allergy.
Does anyone have any good carb alternatives for wheat allergy? Seems it’s wider than just gluten unfortunately. Breakfast is tricky as he’s also iron deficient so we need iron fortified cereals, but he won’t eat scrambled egg or porridge. We are stuck on Rice Krispies!
carb alternatives for lunch and dinner also welcome please, otherwise he will be eating potatoes with everything 🤦🏻♀️ and he’s not overly keen on rice.
