Does anyone know what in these could be causing a rash reaction?

It’s not the coconut oil because shes on Neocate (for her CMPA) which also contains coconut oil, and has had no reaction.

I would look up,every ingredient.

My dd has skin allergies and it can be quite complicated as things have different names. And some things can sound similar but be completely different products.

For example my dd reacts to

Benzisothiazolinone

And a lot of products have Sodium benzoate in which is an alternative and is fine.

I hope you manage to find out. DD is allergic to an ingredient in sunscreen but the ingredients list is usually a foot long so we've never managed to work out which one it is. Luckily she can use Lidl's.

I have skin allergies, just a quick read shows 7 of my allergens in that product. I wouldn’t remotely consider it baby safe.

get something fragrance free to start. Not unscented, fragrance free.

After having issues with body and shower products myself I only use solid bath products for me and my daughter. I was tested for liver disease I was so itchy and ditching shower gel and liquid shampoos made it go completely. I only shower 1 or 2 a week with minimal soap and we only bath my daughter once a week plus a quick shower after swimming. With my daughter we use the child's farm shampoo, an oat milk body wash bar. The only liquid we use is the child's farm leave in conditioner and make sure that only goes on the tips of her hair.
If she ever need a moisturiser we use a bit of aqueous cream or hydromol.

I would strip back all products and solid products instead
