Possible intolerance in EBF baby (warning: nappy picture)

Hi! Baby is 3 months old and I’m starting to suspect some sort of intolerance. She’s struggled with weight gain since birth even when bottle fed formula/expressed milk from birth to six weeks (tongue tie revised at 6 weeks and has been EBF since then). Has consistently mucusy nappies and a red rash on her eyebrows after feedings. She does have reflux but some days spits up very little and others spits up constantly and we’re talking 4-5 outfit changes even when wearing bibs.

anyways, this is a pic of the kind of nappy she has every time and also a pic of her red eyebrows after feeds. Mucus didn’t show up that well in photo but it is a big glob. It can also be very stringy.
Does this look like an intolerance to anyone??

also, important: I am in contact with her GP about this and in process of going dairy and soy free, just looking for other experiences.

also adding she had baby acne on face, chest, back and arms from three weeks to seven weeks and still occasionally has some but it’s mostly cleared. That is the time she was receiving the most formula.

Yeah that definitely could be allergy/intolerance. Mine was FF but skin did the same thing and nappies were awful. Does he seem to be in alot of pain after a feed, is he straining to pass wind too? Great that you've already got doctor involved. Really hope you can sort it as when I switched mine to his soya formula the difference was amazing

I'd say that could be an allergy too. Have a read of Dairy and other food sensitivities in BF babies.
