Growing out of non-IgE mediated allergies

Hi!
My 20-month old son has non-IgE mediated reactions to egg, milk, soya and nuts. He has grown out of a couple of more unusual others already.
I want to figure out how long to leave it before I try reintroducing these foods again (we just tried and had tiny success but mostly not), and to have some idea of what age he is likely to grow out of them (if he does, I'm hoping).
I have read extensively and found the info provided by the allergy team/ NHS / researchers to be pretty limited. Our paediatric allergy team was supremely unhelpful, and overloaded, and we have a good GP, so we're not on their books anymore.
I'd really appreciate hearing about others people experiences - particularly of multiple non-ige mediated reactions. Here are my questions:

  • What age did you kids grow out of these, if they did at all?
  • Are kids with more allergies, or more severe reactions, less likely to grow out of them?
  • Which did they grow out of first (thinking about severity/food types)?
  • Is there an advantage to trying more regularly over waiting until they're older? (I might prefer to have a more restricted diet for longer to reduce stress/pain/illness on failed reintroduction)
  • Does anyone have a food ladder for nuts?
I'd love to gain more wisdom outside of these spe ific questions, too. Many thanks!
