16 week vaccines with possible intolerance/allergies

My now 18 week old has had her 16 week vaccs delayed til today as she has had several weeks of green mucousy poops but no other symptoms except seeming to be in a lot of pain in her tummy. Screaming crying, straining and flinging herself back in agony (no constipation and she was fine when actually pushing out the poop, so i figured it must be happening at a certain point in her intestines or something? I have no idea, and it was awful to see her suffering like that.

She had an unusual reaction to her 2nd 6-in1 vaccine at 8 weeks where her entire thigh was bright red 5 hours after the injection (as opposed to the usual 10p-size swelling just around the needle site) but it gradually faded away. Called 111 at the time but as it had faded the Dr on- call was happy not to see her.
Consultant put green poops etc down as some kind of tummy infection but i don't see how she could say that without tests. I've cut out dairy and don't have eggs as much and her poops are mostly back to normal after over a week with the odd green one, sent off a sample of her normal looking poop but it came back normal but idk if that's just because she's past the infection or because she never had one in the first place!

So I'm now worried in case it was allergies/intolerance all along and worried she's allergic to something in the vaccines as I know they can use e.g. egg proteins for binding etc. Idk the ingredients exactly but she's having the 2nd menb and the 3rd 6-in-1. If she does have allergies I'm wondering what are peoples' experiences if your own baby had allergies or intolerances like these and still had the vaccines at 16 weeks? What do I need to look out for and the time frame etc?

If you say to the nurse that she seems to be reacting to something and you're not sure whether she has an intolerance, then they may recommend staying for up to 30 minutes after the vaccines to check she isn't going to have a major reaction.

Delayed reaction wise, just look out for any laboured breathing or wheezing and any rashes.

Did you ever get to the bottom of why she had this type of reaction? My son is experiencing similar

Hi I'm so sorry I didn't see your reply til now.
Throughout the past year we have really struggled with her and her abdominal pain.

The green mucousy poop was explained away by doctors as some kind of ill-timed stomach bug (no testing to confirm this 🤨) but it did eventually stop (unsure if it stopped because it was a stomach bug or if it stopped because i did the allergen elimination diet).

Basically after months of being in and out of hospital trying to get to the bottom of all her synptoms, the only solution they could come up with was to do the allergen elimination diet I mentioned, dairy being the big one. I tried that, cutting things out one by one (dairy I cut out for 3 months to be absolutely sure) and it still wasn't clear if this helped as she still had very bad days where she cried and writhed in agony. So I always suspected something else was going on, but I never got definitive answers. I can tell you what I think, however.

Ultimately she is much improved now she is 15 months and on solids and doing the milk ladder, and all subsequent vaccines were totally fine, but I think the reality is she had some kind of combination of issues, including issues with her digestive system, and although cutting out dairy did improve things to an extent, I can't say for sure if that's why things improved or whether it was because as time went on her digestive system simply developed more now she is older.

What is your situation @LouiMum2 ?
