Nut free foods - tips please!

We have a couple of exchange students this week. I will need to have food in the house for meals and snacks and also packed lunches. One has a nut and soya allergy (but soya lecithin is ok) . Any tips for good safe things to buy? Or things that are secretly dangerous and to avoid?

DD has just started preschool and they are nut free. I'm finding it really hard to know what to put in her lunch box.
Hoping someone will give some ideas soon

I had to go it alone! Penguins and kit jays seem ok. Also popcorn and mini bread sticks. Smoothies. Fruit. Plain brioche.

We arent allowed popcorn, smoothies or fruit bars.
Breadsticks have seasme seeds or the box says may contain nuts. So can't have them either. Or hummus! So hard 😫

With soya, bread will often contain it. We use Jackson's, but a lot of part bake baguettes are ok too.

I'm pretty sure Oreos are ok, and a lot of pre made sausage rolls are too.

I have just started buying Creative Nature snack bars which are free from the top 14 allergens which are fab for pack lunches. I get mine from Asda but believe they are on Ocado as well.

Shop at Tesco, their labelling is really good.
