Breakfasts without gluten, oats or dairy?

My GP still says there is not enough evidence to refer me, but I have episodes of respiratory symptoms of unknown cause and then gluten, oats ( even gluten free oats) and dairy now give me uncontrollable diarrhoea and have to be avoided.

I've had to abandon GF porridge made with oat milk, which was my go-to breakfast, and after three days of banana on GF toast, I'm looking for alternative ideas.

Anyone?

One of my favourite breakfasts is my version of a Joe Wicks smoothie.

Any frozen fruit (my favourite is cherries or strawberries)
Greek yogurt (I use a cows milk based one but you could use whatever dairy free one you like)
Quarter of an avocado
Coconut milk or any other non dairy milk of your choice (i just love the taste of coconut milk)
Protein powder

Keeps me full til lunchtime and I don't snack either Smile

Japanese breakfasts are good - eg, miso soup, rice, eggs, natto, pickles. There's lots of videos on Youtube.
Cooked quinoa is nice in a cereal type bowl with nuts and fruit.
Gram flour and grated courgette pancake.

I'm pretty lazy I make toast from Genius toastie loaf, Flora instead of butter and Jam or marmalade and a cup of tea with soy milk.

M&S has some nice GF granola now.

The Doves Farm gluten free cereals - the choc stars, fibre flakes and fruit and fibre flakes all don't have dairy or oats and are nice with almond, rice or soy milk.
Otherwise, gf bread (even if you don't order on Ocado, its a great place to check ingredients of all these things) with dairy free spread and jam/df chocolate spread/ nut butter/squashed avocado/ scrambled eggs/ beans
