How do they find out what might be causing a rash, its like a heat rash, but can appear all over my 7 yr olds body? Im trying to think of anything different hes been eating recently...I always used to buy asdas biological washing powder but they recently changed the packaging and Im wondering if theyve changed the ingredients

Call asda's customer services or e-mail them and you will get this information, although generally if the ingredients change they would say New Formula on the packaging.

Can you keep a food diary to see whether it is triggered by anything in particular.

Obvious culprits are wheat, tomatoes, potatoess, dairy.

detailed diary - food, drink, pets. Doesn't matter whether the ingredients have changed, you can become sensitive to something that hasn't bothered you before. If he was mine I'd wash all his clothes in non-biologial powder, not forgetting the sheets on his bed.
