Hi there, ive never posted before, just been lurking for weeks. So my little boy who us now 17 months had a hives reaction to hummus at 10 months, took until 3 weeks ago to see the allergy clinic where they diagnosed him with a sesame allergy. We now have epi pens, life turned completely upside down. So im coming to terms with it now after a huge low period and lots of tears. But ive noe become terrified he will develop more allergies. He was tested fot all nuts and was negative and i have tried him wuth penut butter twice since but i don't want to do it again. He did have bad skin at around 10 months, now its perfect. Can anyone give me some advice. The allergy nurse said its ok not to give it to him but i don't want to not give it to him and him then become allergic. Also, any hope of growing out of it. As most people have stated, no experience of allergies. Have an older daughter too.
