Hi! So my little girl had a reaction( vomiting ) to scrambled eggs and was prescribed a RAPT blood test. She got tested for various other allergens. It has come back now and it says she is allergic to peanuts and wheat in addition to egg whites. I wanted to know if there’s any chance of false positives in blood test and what are their accuracy levels if any one knows. I only ask because she has been eating peanut in powdered form mixed surf her food and weetabix since 6 months and has had no reactions at all. We will obviously avoid giving her these now but seems strange that she had been tolerating those foods until we she was tested.
