So my nearly 10month old DD has had multiple reactions to fruit including strawberries, blackberries, banana and buckwheat.
Her reaction to strawberries were diarrhoea and projectile vomiting, we then waited a few days and tried them again in which she had the same reaction but was very unwell for 4 days and her bottom and legs came up in a blistering rash, the doctor gave us cream for this.
DD then came up in an instant rash when eating blackberries on her face, chest and back, her back lasted 4 days. The GP gave us Piriton and advised us to stay away from fruit and don't give anything new as the reactions will get worst. They cannot refer her to a paediatrician for 3 months due to covid.
She has now got a large blistering red blotchy rash on both eyes that comes up even more after banana and when she had buckwheat porridge. It has now been 6 days with the eyes.
The GP has now managed to refer her to the allergy clinic but we don't know when we will hear from them.
Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to help her eyes or anyone with any experience? Thank you!

Just checking that you've definitely stopped giving her bananas and buckwheat?

To help her eyes, I'd just give her foods which you know are "safe" for her, ie foods which you know she doesn't react to, for a few days.

I will send you a list of cross reacting foods..

High doses of vitamin C (antihystamine) and vitamin A to help heal her gut. Chicken stock made with bones. If she doesn't eat soup you can use this to cook things like pasta, rice, potatoes.

Presumably she has not been eating food for all that long. Take a few steps back on weaning (one friend who had this with her baby was told to go right back to the beginning and wait until she was symptom free before reintroducing everything again very slowly.)

Read up on the top 20 allergy foods and stay clear of these. Lucy Burney has a good book on nutrition so you can reassure yourself that she is still getting the nutrients she needs. Speak to your health visitor if you need to who may also be able to put you in touch with the team dietician.
