Gluten home test

So I brought a home test because I’ve been having terrible trouble when I eat bread, makes me feel awful. I am pretty sure I can see a positive line but it’s very feint, has anyone else done one of these?

I'm pretty sure they are notoriously unreliable.

If you suspect you might have coeliacs disease then you need to get properly tested as it gets you in the system for annual blood tests, bone density scans and dietician support etc.

It's really important to carry on eating gluten in the run up to getting tested otherwise you will get a negative result.

That is a negative test, you will always so a faint line or spot on any of these Eliza tests as they are impregnate at that point to catch the antibodies. Whilst these SNAP tests are used in clinical practice as a patient side test to give fast results they are always less reliable that test run in an external lab.
