Coeliac friendly party food that people who aren't gf will want to eat too?

Doing a party and 2 people (one adult, one teenager) have coeliac disease. I want to provide a decent variety of food for them but at the same time I don't want to have loads of gluten free food and then the people who are gluten free don't turn up. Also not sure about cross contamination. I will wipe down the surfaces and do the gf food first but do I have to do anything else like use new bowls, spoons etc that have never been used for gluten. I know the teenager has her own toaster at home to avoid cross contamination. Also any easy food ideas would be much appreciated. So far I've thought of cheese and pineapple on sticks and that's it. Party is on Saturday so I think I'll be spending a couple of hours in tesco tomorrow reading labels.

So many of my family and in laws are coeliac (we are an unlucky bunch) that I cater pretty much entirely gluten free.

I do usually throw in a plate of sandwiches for the gluten eaters though.

Scotch eggs are always a massive hit with both sides. I usually have gluten free breadcrumbs hanging around in the freezer but if you don't it doesn't actually make a huge difference if you miss the breadcrumbs off. Just use GF sausages (nearly all sausages now are gluten free) cover the egg and bake in the oven.

Most supermarkets these days have a good range of gluten free party food. So look for quiches et

Thankyou. I did some of the things you suggested and some cheese and pineapple on sticks too. The 2 people both came and they were really pleased that they had been catered for.
