How long for an allergen to leave the body

My dd is 9 months old. She has CMPA so has been dairy free since 10 weeks. She is still ebf and has 3 meals plus snacks.
She has developed eczema in the last couple of months and although it is not bad it is getting gradually worse. No moisturiser I have tried is having an effect and the docs were useless.
I suspect it is a food reaction and want to cut out food one at a time and will start with wheat.
How long should I cut out each food for?
It took 4 weeks for the dairy to clear her system but that was through my milk as well, obviously whichever allergen this is was not affecting her through breast milk but does directly.
Thanks

be aware that some eczema does not respond to food removal.
sometimes it doesn't appear to have a clear cause, and it can be caused by environmental allergies.
I would ask for a referral from GP as you have a diagnosed allergy for your baby. so allergy clinic/doc and if they recommend removing an increasing food list a dietitian for you.
what is your eczema treatment routine?

She has emollient inthe bath used as a soap & shampoo, then covered in moisturiser morning and evening. She is particularly bad around her mouth which flares up after every meal (starts before I use wipes to clean her up so it’s not those).
Reason I believe it’s food related is that she has had eczema previously & childs farm cleared it up in 3 days - it’s not touching this and it started when I she began having decent amounts of wheat - weetabix / pasta etc. We are already under a dietician for CMPA and I have an appointment soon. Don’t think she is allergic to wheat perse, maybe just sensitive, thought if I cut it out and the eczema clears up I can gradually reintroduce it do I know her tolerance levels.
I’ll give thendietician a call and see what she thinks.
Thanks for the reply.

Youngest son: severe allergy to milk proteins, nuts, legummes, eggs and fish. He has IgE proven allergy and epi-pens. I found out the hard way that is discoid eczema would flare if I accidently used any cleaning products containing milk or nut oils. He would have a flare of eczema plus hives plus blisters break out on skin contact. He spent most of his first two years looking like a mummy in wet wraps and seam free pure cotton clothes. If your dd has an IgE proven allergy it might be worth looking at your cleaning agents.

As your daughter is under 5 it is wisest to have a peadiatric dietician oversee any further reduction of major food groups. My son's total exclusion diet was overseen by the hospital and was reviewed freequently to ensure he was not becoming a) malnourished b) failing to thrive and c) starting to react to the handful of things he could eat.

Do bear in mind we are also in the midst of the hayfever season and that can aggrivate some sensitive skins. It is worth contacting the Eczema Society. www.eczema.org/
